The organizers of the festival don’t organize a centralized flight, accommodation, transfer, visa, etc. to Goa. We can assist you in resolving these issues as far as possible.

Resident of the Wonder City

If you received an SMS or e-mail with information about the ferstival, it means you are a regular participant of the Festival and have a registration in the Wonder City. You are a resident of a Wonder City! (Save the SMS, print the text of the letter and present it at the registration or when buying a ticket from the organizers or distributors). If you have not received an SMS or e-mail with information, and you are not visiting the festival for the first time, you have to contact the organizers in order to avoid misunderstanding at the entrance.

TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT TO ARAMBOL

The organizers of the festival are NOT involved in organizing a centralized flight, accommodation, transfer, etc. to Goa. We can assist you in resolving these issues as far as possible.

 

Distance ~ 60-70 km. Indian taxi - 750-1000 UAH per car.

Indian taxi can fit 3 people with personal stuff (if there will be 4 people it wouldn’t very comfortable).

Pre-booking a transfer from the airport to Arambol occurs in a package - when booking a tour.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO AIRLINES TO OTHER COUNTRY

To enjoy the atmosphere of fairy tales and feel as comfortable as possible at the festival, you should take:

 

* sleeping bag, sleeping pad - sleeping pad is also useful to you in many practices!!

* warm clothes in case of coolness and rain in case of rain

* packing garbage bags to keep things dry

* personal hygiene products and personal medicinal products (if necessary)

 

Also you should take the medicines.

We also highly recommend to insure health, because of changing of climate the immunity may be weakened.

Take with you a few small bills of dollars - for tea and coffee at airports.

At airports, delivery is only in local currency.

LIVING CONDITIONS

On the territory of the festival there is water (for domestic needs), toilet. Drinking water needs to be bought. Shower is in hostels and hotels. Vegetarian cafes are nearby.

 

FOOD

There are enough vegetarian cafes and spontaneous markets in Arambol. Arambol - this is not a very large resort village. The guide amount of food from 5 to 20 dollars per day per person. It depends on your requests and appetites. We recommend eating fruits - it is cheap, tasty and healthy.

 

ENTRY AND SECURITY

The festival operates security. Guys are working day and night to maintain the harmony of space and comfortable conditions for the participants. Please follow the simple rules of the Wonder City and respect the work of our volunteers

 

BRACELETS

The bracelets of the Wonder City indicate that you are participating in the festival.

 

Wear them on your hand so that they are visible to the guards, this allows you to avoid misunderstandings with security officers.

 

If you have lost your bracelet or it is no longer usable - please wait for registration without delay, and if possible show the remains of the bracelet. If you find in the registration lists and change the bracelet.

 

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry into the territory of the festival is possible only if you have a bracelet which you receive upon arrival during the registration procedure. Please keep your bracelets throughout the festival. If you have lost your bracelet or it is no longer usable - please wait for registration without delay, and if possible show the remains of the bracelet. If they find you in registration lists, they will easily change the bracelet.

 

IT IS FORBIDDEN

Anything that is prohibited by the Law or the Festival Rules and creates obvious discomfort in space is prohibited. Respect the festival space, the personal space of the participants and try to find mutual understanding when communicating with people.

If you cannot find a common language with another participant of the festival or a local resident - do not rush to beat his face, it’s better to ask the organizers and / or the guard for help - let them face together!

 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol at the festival is prohibited. Any alcoholic beverages will be permanently removed without warning. Being at the festival in alcohol intoxication of any stage (even a little bit) is prohibited. If you will be in alcoholic intoxication at the festival – security of the festival, as well as the need for the police will be forced to ask you to leave the festival without returning the organizing fee. You will also be included in the black list of the festival and will not be able to visit it in the future.

 

THIS IS PERMITTED

Anything that is not prohibited by the Festival Rules and the Law is allowed.

 

WEATHER

The weather can be different (we celebrate any weather and dance)

 

It can be the rain and the sun, dress according to the weather, for outdoor recreation!

Original outfits can decorate the festival and fill the space with mood.

REFUND OF CONTRIBUTION AND THE FESTIVAL TICKET TRANSFER

If for some reason you cannot attend the festival, then the refund of the amount of the organizational payment paid by you will be refunded under the following conditions:

 

- applying for a refund of the payment at least 14 working days before the start of the festival - 85% of the paid amount;

- applying for a refund 10 days before the start of the festival - 70% of the paid amount;

- applying for a refund 5 days before the start of the festival - 50% of the paid amount;

- applying for a refund 3 days before the start of the festival, during the festival and after the festival, applications for the return of the organization fee are not processed and the organization fee is not returned.

Another option in case you cannot attend the festival:

 

To transfer (resell) the Invitation Card to another potential participant of the festival, and inform the organizers about necessary of re-register the invitation card just for the first owner of the invitation card. Please note that the Invitation Named.

   To re-register the Invitation Card: in response to a letter in which you received an electronic invitation card with registration number directly from the organizers, write from whom and to who (Last Name, First Name, contact phone number, contact email) organizers should re-register the Invitation Card.

   If the Invitation Card was purchased from the distributor, it is necessary to contact the distributor with a request to re-register the invitation card. If there are any misunderstandings with the distributor - call or write to the organizers.

   If you received the invitation letter in our office, then you need to write from the e-mail address you provided in the questionnaire (Invitation) during registration and call the organizers.

 

Attention! Receive confirmation of the re-registration of the Invitation! If you didn’t receive the confirmation, it means that the Invitation Card has not been re-registered and the other person will not be able to use it to enter the territory of the festival.

 

Please note that:

- part of the Invitation (one, two days) cannot be re-sell to another person, if all other days you will be at the festival. The invitation card can only be converted to another person completely;

- if you visited a part of the festival according to your Invitation, purchased for any number of days (i.e., activated the entrance), then the payment for not visited days is not recalculated and is not returned, the days cannot be transferred to anyone.

Another option if you cannot attend the festival:

You can cancel your Invitation Card, and leave the entire amount of funds as an advance for participation in subsequent festivals.

 

To cancel your Invitation: in response to the letter in which you received the registration number directly from the organizers, inform about your desire to cancel this invitation and leave the funds paid by you as an advance for participation in subsequent festivals.

 

If the Invitation Card was purchased from the distributor, it is necessary to contact the distributor with a request to re-register the invitation card. If there are any misunderstandings with the distributor - call or write to the organizers directly.

 

If you received the invitation letter in our office, you need to write from the e-mail address you provided in the questionnaire (Invitation) during registration and call the organizers

 

Attention! Receive confirmation of the cancellation of your invitation! If you have not received the confirmation, it means that the Invitation Card is not canceled and you will not be able to use the amount paid by you in the future.

 

Please note that:

Message about the cancellation or transfer of the invitation must be submitted no less than 5 working days before the festival. If the application for cancellation of the invitation letter arrives later than 5 working days before the festival, the application for transfer is not accepted, and the money transferred to the festival fund.
